Below are the answers to some of the frequently asked questions regarding our products. We hope this will help you. If you are not able to find the information you need, you can contact us and speak to our team.
Why does my top-load washing machine fill slowly?
You need to check your household faucets to see if the hot and cold water faucets are turned on. Even if one faucet is turned off, your washer may not fill properly. You need to straighten the water inlet hoses as it's possible that they're kinked.
My washer is not draining or spinning out loads. My clothes are very wet at the end of the cycle.
Make sure you select a cycle that has a faster spin speed. For example, the spin speed on a Delicate or Hand Wash cycle are slower. On most models, you can adjust your spin speed on any cycle - make sure the correct spin speed in selected for the fabric being washed. If there are also excessive suds left at the end of the cycle, make sure you are only using the correct amount of HE laundry detergent. Using non-HE detergent or more than the manufacturer's recommended amount of detergent can cause excessive suds. The excess suds can cause the washer to run at a reduced spin speed, which will result in very wet loads.
Why do I have a strange odor and mildew inside my washer?
Odor-causing residues and mold and mildew stains have the potential to accumulate anywhere moisture is present. Non HE laundry detergents used in an HE washer, body oils, grime, soap, and water can cause residue and mold and mildew stains to accumulate behind the drum of the washer. If not properly cleaned on a regular basis, all HE washing machines have the potential for odor-causing residue buildup and mold and mildew stains.
Washer odors are usually caused by leaving the washer lid closed when not in use. This does not allow air to circulate and dry out the moisture remaining in tub area. The air and moisture mixture becomes stagnant and creates an odor. When washer is not in use, leaving the lid up/open for air circulation will help prevent odor.
My dryer does not heat, but it will turn on.
Make sure a household fuse or circuit breaker did not tripped. The drum may be turning, but you may not have heat. Electric dryers use 2 household fuses or circuit breakers. Replace the fuses or reset the circuit breakers.
Make sure that your dryer vent is not plugged. You should be able to feel a good flow of hot air from the outside vent source. If an exhaust vent is too clogged, it will cause the dryer to not heat properly. Clean the entire length of the exhaust vent and lint filter.
What do I do if my dryer drum isn't turning?
Make sure dryer is not overloaded. A load of heavy, wet clothes, such as towels or blue jeans, may cause the drive belt to slip. Remove some of the clothing and try to start the dryer again.
Check for broken belt by turning drum. Drum will turn freely if belt is broken or loose. When dryer is turned on, a loud thump will be heard if the belt is broken.
Why does my dryer make sounds or vibrations?
If your dryer hasn't been used for a while, there may be a light thumping sound during the first few minutes of operation. When your dryer is not used, the drum support rollers can flatten at the point where the rollers and drum touch each other.
The thumping can also occur when the load is twisted or balled up. Laundry items with large amounts of fabric such as sheets, curtains, tablecloths and bedspreads can roll into a ball in the dryer.

Why is my ice dispenser not working?
Check if your dispenser is locked. Some models have a lock feature that deactivates the dispenser levers and control buttons. Check if the ice is stuck in the ice chute. The ice chute can build up ice flakes over time due to the use of crushed ice. In some cases, the water filter needs to be change.
My refrigerator is running, but it is not cool or cool enough.
If your doors have been opened frequently, doors have been opened for long periods of time, or your refrigerator was recently installed, wait 24-48 hours for the refrigerator to completely cool. Make sure the air vents between the freezer and refrigerator compartments are not blocked. Cold air enters and exits the refrigerator compartment from the freezer compartment through the vents. If the vents are blocked by food items, airflow will decrease. This will cause temperature and moisture problems. Move any item that could be blocking one of the vents.
My refrigerator never shuts off, it runs too much.
For a freezer to maintain a desired temperature of 0-5 degrees F and for the refrigerator section to maintain a temperature of 35 - 40 degrees F, the compressor will usually run more than 50% of the time. In extremely hot, humid areas, the compressor will run even longer. Make sure the door gaskets are sealing properly, so cold air is not escaping.
Loading the refrigerator or freezer with a large amount of food, especially warm or hot foods, will also add to the run time. An empty refrigerator or freezer must run more to maintain temperatures low enough to satisfy the temperature control and turn the compressor off. A freezer should be at least 3/4 full to maintain proper temperatures and reduce time.
My oven doesn't heat, but the burners will work.
Make sure that oven controls are set correctly for either bake or broil and any oven control knobs are in the proper position. Check to see if the broil works. If it does, the bake element needs to be replaced in an electric range or the igniter/glow-bar needs to be replaced in a gas range.
Why won't my gas burners heat fully?
Make sure your burner cap is not loose. If you have sealed burners, make sure the burner cap is seated properly, not tilted, and does not wobble. You need to make sure the cap matches the burner. You may have one or more burners that are of different sizes.
My oven temperature is not correct.
Make sure the oven preheated. The oven needs time to preheat before baking.
Make sure heat is not blocked from circulating in the oven. If the use of aluminum foil is being used on the oven shelf, never cover the entire shelf. This will block the circulation of heat in the oven. There should always allow two inches around the back sides of the oven shelf for heat circulation.
Make sure the oven door has not been opened during cooking. Opening the oven door frequently when cooking can increase the cooking time. Also, check the oven gasket for rips or tears.
For electric ranges, make sure the bake element (the one in the bottom of the oven) glows in the bake cycle and the broil element (the one in the top of the oven) glows in the broil cycle. If not, there may be a malfunction in the element.
Why is my dishwasher leaking?
Make sure the dishwasher is level. The dishwasher must be supported by the leveling legs and rear wheels and must be flat on the floor. If there is water at the base of the dishwasher, check that the water supply line is properly connected. If the dishwasher is older, check the gaskets around the door. If there are cracks or holes in the gasket, it may need to be replaced.
My dishwasher does not wash or rinse well.
Select the appropriate wash cycle for the dish load. Selecting a short or light wash cycle may save water and energy, but may not provide proper wash action for a heavily soiled load.
Proper water temperature is essential to achieve optimum results from your dishwasher and the detergent. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent so that it can loosen and remove common food soils. It is always a good idea to run the hot water at the kitchen sink before starting your dishwasher. This will make sure the dishwasher is filling with the hottest possible water. Also, avoid running the dishwasher while hot water is being used for other activities.
How much detergent should I use in my dishwasher?
According to the owner's manual of most dishwashers, it is best to you tablet detergent for optimal cleaning/ However, you can use powder, liquid or tablet detergent designed for automatic dishwashers. Any other types may cause too much suds and a poor wash performance. You should always use a rinse aid along with the detergent for the best clean.
I have no picture or sound.
Eliminate all other sources to make sure it is the TV. Try the TV on different inputs to see if there is sound or picture using those inputs. If there is still no sound or pictures, unplug the TV from the wall for at least 30 minutes - this will reset the boards.
Why are my apps not available after I turn on my Blu-Ray player or TV?
It normally takes at least 1 - 2 minutes for the internet applications to load on your Blu-Ray player or TV. The actual duration of time before they become available depends on the speed of your networking equipment.
My remote control does not operate. What should I do?
Check to see if your television is plugged into the AC wall outlet. If you have a universal remote control, select TV MODE on the remote control. If you have reset or changed the batteries in a universal remote, you will need to reprogram the remote control to operate other devices.
